I was away last week and I think 7.4.X and 7.3.X are already packaged.
Applied to HEAD and 7.4.X.

I was away last week and I think 7.4.X and 7.3.X are already packaged.
Applied to HEAD and 7.4.X.
7.3.6 is already wrapped, but 7.4.2 is not, so the above is good.
