Update french translation of the 7.4 branch

No, I just missed them. They're installed now.

I think next time you should use quotation marks that are consistent
with other French localizations, e.g.,

$ ls --foo
ls: option non reconnue � --foo �
Pour en savoir davantage, faites: � ls --help �.

instead of "--foo". But feel free to discuss this if you don't agree.
