patch queue reminder

Dear patchers,

I have two minor patches that are being submitted but which do not appear
yet in the "official" patch queue on the web site:

http://momjian.postgresql.org/cgi-bin/pgpatches

I understand that reviewing patch is not a sexy business, but the "feature
freeze" is coming, and I wished they could make it in time for the new
version...

So this is just a reminder of the fact that there are waiting for your
attention;-)

The latest version of these patches are:

Date: Wed, 9 Jun 2004 14:31:59 +0200 (CEST)
first version: Tue, 8 Jun 2004 16:00:07 +0200 (CEST)
From: Fabien COELHO <coelho@cri.ensmp.fr>
To: PostgreSQL Patches <pgsql-patches@postgresql.org>
Subject: [PATCHES] fix schema ownership on first connection v2

Date: Fri, 25 Jun 2004 16:19:32 +0200 (CEST)
first version: Mon, 24 May 2004 17:52:12 +0200 (CEST)
From: Fabien COELHO <coelho@cri.ensmp.fr>
To: PostgreSQL Patches <pgsql-patches@postgresql.org>
Subject: [PATCHES] pgxs: build infrastructure for extensions v2

Thanks in advance,

Fabien.

That site is maintained by Bruce, who is out to Armenia until next week,
with virtually no internet access.
In the meanwhile, Tom is trying to take Bruce's part as far as his spare
time allowes, but he probably won't maintain the pending-patches site,
so please be patient.

I'd expect that patches stuck in pgsql-patches are still supposed to be
in-time for feature freeze.

Regards,
Andreas

I'm patient, no problem!

I'm sorry if my English writing does not convey the soft sound of my voice
that would tell that I'm not in a hurry. I'm just vaguely afraid that the
submission could be forgotten, hence the reminder.

I'd expect that patches stuck in pgsql-patches are still supposed to be

Gut. Danke schoen.

Right. For this week, the patch list that counts is the one in my
personal todo file (and I do have both of Fabien's items in there).

Also right. We don't say that patches must be applied by the feature
freeze deadline, only that a reasonably credible version must have been
submitted.

In case anyone wasn't paying attention, that deadline is TODAY. Get 'em
in folks.
