Request to expedite CommitFest account cool-off period

I have done so.

I wonder though why you need an account in order to access the
commitfest app; as far as I know, you can perfectly well do so while
unlogged. It's true you cannot make changes, but that doesn't seem much
of a problem during your initial contribution time.
