6.5 beta soon

I have been in discussion with Vadim, and expect he will have his MVCC
vacuum changes done within the next week or two.

So, we should prepare for beta starting soon. I will make the 6.5
CHANGES list. If people are sitting on patches/changes, please try and
complete them in the next week.
