And I'm sure Peter Mount isn't placed right since I haven't
found Maidstone on my map's, nor on any lat/long source in
the internet. Where should that dot sit really?

Yepp - after all I was really surprised how widely we are
spread out.
But there are some bad, bad, big gaps. South-America, Africa
and Australia.

There is also a political/neighborhood of the same name listed at:
Maidstone: 51.17N, 0.35 E
Of course, both would appear in the same spot on our map.

Maidstone is about 25 miles south east of London.
According to my GPS:
N 51'13.422' E000'34.168'
When I looked, it looked ok.
