Re: check_primary_key is busted too

The 'triggers' regress test is failing in current sources,
producing a bunch of unexpected error messages like this:

ERROR: check_primary_key: even number of arguments should be specified

I traced that error string to contrib/spi/refint.c, and find
that you changed it recently ...

Yes, it was some enhancement. Perhaps someone can comment on this? I
remember someone knowing about this thing.
