Optimization info

Well, since all you guys have all the info on optimizing PostgreSQL,
someone might like to submit their wealth of knowledge to tunelinux.com

They have a PostgreSQL section, but it's still empty! Even simple things
would probably be very useful.

Can you point them to our FAQ, item 2.11 currently. This is updated as
we learn new things, and should be easy to maintain.

The FAQ is fscked up. It seems that the web server is sending text/plain
instead of text/html...

I just checked, and the english FAQ is fine on the main server, and one
of the mirrors I tested.
