pgaccess and Informix

I am reading comp.databases.informix, and someone is asking for a tool
like pgaccess for Informix:

Is there a utility for Informix similar to
PGaccess? (Used on PostGreSQL)

Man, that's market penetration, when people are asking for our tools on
commercial databases.
