CentOS based openshift ready docker container

I have successfully built postgresql containers, that work on
openshift[1]https://www.openshift.com/, available in my git repository[2]https://github.com/mohammedzee1000/postgresql_openshift. These containers are
currently building on CentOS Container Pipeline[3]https://wiki.centos.org/ContainerPipeline and being delivered to
registry.centos.org.

I am proposing that they be added to the postgresql repositories.
