Another TODO: insert/update...returning

You might want to add:

insert/update...returning {[new.|old.]col [as name],...}

to TODO. I intend to do it eventually...

Added:

* Allow INSERT/UPDATE to return new.col or old.col (Philip)

Seems like a nifty feature from Rdb.

It's unbelievably useful, although the [old.|new.] was Jan's suggestion...

and perhaps implement it. At this point, he is the contact man on it.
