After several months of intense and productive development, we are pleased
to announce that PostgreSQL v6.3 has been officially released.

With this release comes substantial improvement, including:

- Improved User Manuals
- Improved SQL92 compliance
- Improved Security
- CD distribution, including:
- the complete CVS repository
- PHP2/3
- PTS 1.72.00
- pre-built binaries
