8.0.1 Installation Error in Windows XP

Hi,

While installing on one of the systems out here having Windows XP,
I ran into this error:

Service "PostgreSQL Database Server 8.0' (pgsql-8.0) could not be installed.
Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services.
Retry - Cancel

I checked out the permissions, the user is an admin & a power user.

What could be the probable cause of this error? How do I fix it?
