BUG #2022: template0 Fefresh error

Description: template0 Fefresh error
Details:

pgAdmin 1.4.0

1 click Display->System Objects

2 connect to the server.

3 select template0 database
and Refresh it, then one error occured

and

3 select template0 database
and click context menu->Properties,
but nothing is happened or appeared
