pg_dump.exe dbname -U postgres -W -f dbname.sql <
password.txt

in 8.0.3 is work

in 8.1.4 is not work need manual key in password.

in 8.0.3 is work

in 8.1.4 is not work need manual key in password.

The bug is in 8.0.3 (and <= 8.1.3 as well), fixed in the latest
versions. If you want to pass the password to pg_dump, use pgpass.conf
or the PGPASSWORD environment variable.
