You'd have to discuss that with whoever packaged 8.0.10 for Centos.
(It wasn't Red Hat ... RH isn't currently shipping 8.0.anything,
now that FC4 has dropped off the maintenance window.)

I changed that message for PGDG 8.0 RPMs. The other releases do not have
such a problem.
(...and as Tom stated, you should still complain to CentOS if you are
using CentOS's packages.)
