Section 15.4 of the Manual - Upgrading

1. If making a backup, make sure that your database is being updated.

This should say *not* being updated.

The docs for 8.2.0 show the following -

1. Make sure that your database is not updated during or after the backup.

The error must have crept in when this wording was amended.
