Segfaults When Inserting into a Geom Index

Hi Everyone,

We have a Database ( 8.3.5) on RHEL5 x64. It recently ran into Segmentation
Faults when inserting rows over a Geom Index. This happened several times
this last weekend.
The fix was to drop or reindex it.
We have set it to dump core at the moment.

Any insights into this?
