Postgres DB creation error WINXP pro

Hi Team,

I am having a problem using created.exe

I am using the script as follows and is executed from nullsoft
NSIS Script.

"Createdb.exe -q -username=postgres pacsdsb"

In every os it works fine except in winXP pro. Please suggest on this.
