Analyzing the installation file "configure", I realized that this different
from the version 9.3.5, any suggestions?

I can find no difference between the --with-libxml configuration logic
in 9.3 and that in 9.4/HEAD. Perhaps you need to be (a lot) more specific
about what problem you're having.
