The following bug has been logged on the website:

Bug reference: 13479
Logged by: Daniel Abraham
Email address: dabraham@sweatshop.org
PostgreSQL version: 9.4.4
Operating system: N/A
Description:

http://www.postgresql.org/docs/9.4/static/ssl-tcp.html contains a link to
http://h71000.www7.hp.com/DOC/83final/BA554_90007/ch04s02.html which is
dead. It returns a 301, but that goes to a "404Redirector" which doesn't
redirect anywhere useful.
