BUG #14095: Make uninstall does not delete some files

Description:

make uninstall does not delete
a) .../lib/postgresql
b) .../lib/ecpg*
c) .../lib/pgtypes*
d) .../lib/libpq.so*

Is this on purpose so that programs depends on it do still work?
