BUG #14371: Issue in uninstalling Postgres 8.4 in windows 10 OS

Description:

We have installed Postgres 8.4 in Windows 10 OS.

But when we try to uninstall, we are facing issue with error message as
"Element <value> can only contain alphanumeric...."

How to uninstall?
