Visual VC++ runtime error

Hi, I'm Antonello.
I have a problem with postgreSQL.
when I try to installl postgre my pc notice the problem " an error occurred
executing the microsoft visual VC++ runtime installer" .
is not visual c++, is visual VC++
how can I solve this problem?
