Hi,
i am using postgresql-9.6.2-4-windows.exe for installing in french OS and
if
i specify the Télécharger as password installtion failing with message
"execution of initialization after bootstrap ... FATAL: invalid byte
sequence for encoding ¶® UTF8 ¶¯: 0xe9 0x6c 0xe9". Is there any special
handling need to consider for non english OS? Please help..
