the postgis package was updated yesterday and is failing now on a depencency
in epel
proj49
the latest version in epel is proj-4.8.0-4.el7.x86_64.rpm
the previous version of postgis works perfect
postgis24_96-2.4.2-1.rhel7.x86_64
