BUG #15043: postgresql yum repository dependency problem
The following bug has been logged on the website:
Bug reference: 15043
Logged by: Christophe Fornaroli
Email address: cfornaro@gmail.com
PostgreSQL version: 9.3.20
Operating system: CentOS Linux release 7.4.1708 (Core)
Description:
We are using the postgresql (9.3) yum repository and we can no longer update
our servers. The error is:
# yum update
...
Error: Package: gdal-libs-1.11.4-12.rhel7.x86_64 (pgdg93)
Requires: libproj.so.12()(64bit)
You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
libproj.so.12 is part of proj version 4.9 but the available version in the
epel repository is 4.8.
Thanks

This would be a better question for the yum repo mailing list. If you
haven't already, please try sending this issue there or see if it has
already been reported.
