Installation problem

PostgreSQL binaries are installed properly but data directory is not
created so you to manually create the data directory using initdb.
I know about linux please check on window how to initialize data directory
using initdb.

Which OS is this? You need to provide us the bitrock installation logs to
see the cause of the failure. They will be present in the system temp
directory.

and i am attaching bitrock_installer log file, which i found.

please let me know the solution, if you find

I checked the log and it looks like permissions on the data directory path
is not sufficient. You can try executing the installer with
"--enable_acledit 1" option which would grant the required permissions on
the given path.
