BUG #15119: PG Admin 4 is not opening correctly

Description:
When I open PG Admin 4 on windows 10 It is showing blank with top headers no
other things like add servers are showing.
I can not upload the image here of how it is showing but It is not working
at all.
Any help will Really appreciable.
