Due to build issues, we don't build pgAdmin4 RPMs on CentOS 6 anymore. You can
use Python wheel:

The package pgadmin4-python-simplejson is missing at the yum repo:
https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/10/redhat/rhel-6Server-x86_64/

we can not install pgadmin3-v2. yum gave dependency problem.
