Hey folks,

The 9.6.11 packages are missing from the rhel 6 x86_64 repos.

https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/9.6/redhat/rhel-6.10-x86_64/

I dropped a message on irc the other day, and your rhel packager for
postgres seemed to have the problem fixed for a period, but the package went
missing again.
