As of 42.0-3, the key name bundled as part of the rpm is RPM-GPG-KEY-PGDG
and pgdg-redhat-all.repo refers to
file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-PGDG-XX where XX is 12, 11, 10, 96, 95,
or 94.
