Description:

Hi PGSupport,

One of our user is having issue accessing server on PGAdmin.
Error message is Following message pops up => "Could not send data to
server: Socket is not connected (0x00002749/10057) could not send SSL
negotiation packet: Socket is not connected (0x00002749/10057)

User Details
Name: Alfonso Jimenez
Email: alfonso.jimenez@uk.rsagroup.com

Add note
User is accessing an RDP or jump server with IP address 10.116.24.15
He is able to connect on this working server LWWIPIV3
Under server LWWIPIV3 is server D0401825 and when the user access this he Is
getting an error message
Application is PG ADMIN
URL - 127.0.0.1:54520/browser/ (accessible inside RDP)

Alfonso's Response
- Open PgAdmin
- Connect to server: D0401825
- Right click on 'Public' database and select 'Query tool'
- Pop-up message described in ticket definition appears

Hi PGSupport,

This doesn't seem like a bug, in core PostgreSQL (which this list is for)
or PGAdmin (which this list isn't for - that application has their own
support channel). You should file this help ticket with whichever
company/person setup the described network and applications.
