Environment :
Windows System Locale : Thai (Thailand).
Enabled - Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support.
Found Installation Failure at the end of the process

If I set environment as follow
Environment :
Windows System Locale : Thai (Thailand).
Disable - Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support.
The installation went fine. There was no problem at all.
