BUG #16575: Linux Mint 20, ulyana won't update postgres as described

Description:

after apt update

Err:12 http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt ulyana-pgdg Release

404 Not Found [IP: 72.32.157.246 80]

ulyana-pgdg not recognized

i changed it to focal-pgdg as a workaround and it's getting updates like
that.
is that the optimal solution for my distro?
