BUG #16629: Repo Error During Upgrade

Description:

Got the following message during an apt update and upgrade:
N: Skipping acquire of configured file 'main/binary-arnhf/Packages' as
repository 'http://apt.prostgresql.org/pub/repos/apt buster-pgdg InRelease'
doesn't support architecture 'armhf'

In looking into the repository, the InRelease does show the armhf as being
supported. This is found here:
