dnf install postgis30_13
will fail with a confict between proj71 and 72
as it turns out it will try to install both
proj71 x86_64
7.1.1-2.rhel8
PostgreSQL-Common 2.2 M
proj72 x86_64
7.2.0-2.rhel8
PostgreSQL-Common 2.5 M
