BUG #16822: Unable to launch setup

Description:
Succesfully downloaded the setup. However facing issues while running the
setup file. The setup opens up for a second and then closes automatically.
System details are as follows:
OS- Windows 10 Home Single language(64bit)
Ram - 8gb
Processor - i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50Ghz

Can you please share the log files, installbuilder_installer and
install-postgresql which you can find under %temp% directory.
