How do I fix this error?
Do I have to set an environment variable to reference where postgreSQL12 is
installed?

Running Command: dnf install pgaudit14_12.rpm

Get the following error output:

Error:
Problem: conflicting requests
- nothing provides postgresql12-server needed by
pgaudit14_12-1.4.1-1.rhel8.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to
use not only best candidate packages)

Uh, I think you have to report the problem here:

or ask where you are getting the RPM from.
