Please edit the repo file and set repo_gpgcheck = 0 for 8.1 and 8.2.
They are unsupported and provided for historical reasons. Signing those
repos would be significant amount of work from my point.

Sorry, I take that back. That was fairly easy, and signed v12 and v13
repos.
