Just wanted to point out the “96” means PostgreSQL Version 9.6 while the
/14/ in the path means PostgreSQL Version 14. Its unsurprising that you
cannot find the first version in a place dedicated to the second version.

but there is no rhel-7Server-x86_64 in that folder. Only rhel-7-
x86_64
