I'm not able to reproduce. It may be a temporary glitch. Did you retry?
Also, which PostgreSQL version is this and what's the Windows version?

Hi Sandeep,

Thanks for your response. Yes, I have tried multiple times and tried again this morning and keep getting the same error.

I am installing the latest Postgres 64bit version 14.

Windows version is Windows 10 Enterprise.
