Can you take the Admin command prompt and execute the following:

AUTHORITY\NetworkService" "postgres" "postgres"
"C:\Users\malas\AppData\Local\Temp/postgresql_installer_b6263f19c4"
"C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\14" "C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\14\data2"
5432 "DEFAULT" 0

and paste the output?

The error:

'the program "postgres" was found by "c:\Program
Files\PostgreSQL\14\bin\initdb.exe" but was not the same version as initdb'

I suspect it may be related to encoding. Can you provide more details on
the system configuration?
