Description:
Hello, from day 17 to 20, many packages have been removed from ftp:
https://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/common/redhat/rhel-8-x86_64/ , this
removal which I imagine has been accidental, prevents the installation of
postgis, some of the packages removed are the following:
CGAL-4.14-1.rhel8.x86_64
SFCGAL-1.4.1-12.rhel8.x86_64
SFCGAL-libs-1.4.1-12.rhel8.x86_64
gdal35-libs-3.5.3-1.rhel8.x86_64
geos311-3.11.1-1.rhel8.x86_64
libgeotiff16-1.6.0-6.rhel8.x86_64
libgeotiff16-devel-1.6.0-6.rhel8.x86_64
librttopo-1.1.0-1.rhel8.x86_64
libspatialite50-5.0.1-4.rhel8.x86_64
libspatialite50-devel-5.0.1-4.rhel8.x86_64
ogdi41-4.1.0-2.rhel8.x86_64
proj90-9.0.1-1.rhel8.x86_64

Thanks for the report. It was a result of mistake I did last week.
Apologies for the inconvenience I caused.
Fixed it today. You should be able to install PostGIS now.
