Hi,

I have MagicInfo server 8 installed with Postgres version 9.3 now I want to upgrade my windows server to 2022 is Postgres 9.3 compatible with windows server 20222 and MIS V8 ?

Postgres 9.3 went EOL in late 2018 and as such is not guaranteed to be
compatible with any operating system. You should contact your vendor about
supporting a less ancient version of the database.

Also, the -bugs mailinglist is not intended for general questions, I recommend
using pgsql-general where you run a better chance of getting help.
