Installer initialization failed

When I click on the application then after they ask the yes/no option for
installation and then after that it gives me the error message like
installer initialization failed.Here is the system configuration of my pc.
64bit
RAM = 8GB
SSD = 500GB
i5 dell latitude series

please give me the solution.

Installer location
Logs

Hi Dharm
Seems like cluster initialization fails. Can you please go inside %TEMP%
and share install-postgresql.log file?

Thanks for the video. I initially thought the cluster initialization
failed, but it seems the installer is unable to load.
There should be a log file in the directory
C:\Users<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\Temp. Could you check this directory?

Right Click on installer and choose "run as administrator" while installing
