Description:
Installing postgres 17.2 and tried to create a spatial database via the
wizard.
I got this error.
During install of postgis 3.5 bundle for postgressql 17 (64bit) when create
a spatial DBMS.
ERROR: incompatible library "E:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/17/lib/h3.dll":
version mismatch
DETAIL: Server is version 17, library is version 15.
