No title

Hello , I downloaded Postgres on Windows v 16.8 , when I selected the PORT ( Postgresql 16 ( x64 ) on port 5432 ) , which gives the message " the URL could not be accessed in stack builder https://www.postgresql.org/applications-v2.xml " . Help me solve the problem ! Thanks !
