Patroni RPM on RHEL9 cannot be installed due to missing dependency RPM
python3-kazoo for RHEL9. There is only Source RPM for python3-kazoo. We were
able to rebuild it on RHEL9 and it works but the Noarch RPM for
python3-kazoo should be in upstream RPM repository.

I'm not sure exactly where this should be reported, but it isn't here.
My guess would be either https://yum.postgresql.org/ or
https://github.com/patroni/patroni.
