corrections?

I noticed the following in the tutorial document that seem to need
correcting. Hope this is the right place to write.

p 13: At the top of the page, 4th line down, the D sub i's and
the remainder of the line don't line up.

p 14: In the section on INTERSECT, the description uses the union
rather than the intersection symbol.

p 26: In "Data Types in SQL" section, in DECIMAL description
"(15 >= p >= qq >= 0)" should drop the second q.

p 39: At bottom of page "... COPY command to perform load large ..."
probably should drop the word "perfom".

Various ascii tables on pages 14, 18, 19, and 20
don't line up vertically like other ascii tables do.

From what I've seen thus far I REALLY like postgreSQL. Hope the above is
helpful (and not too picky).

Got them. Thanks; *any* comments and corrections are always welcome.
